My Story
Hi! I’m Amelia Stechweij.
I’m an event professional, entrepreneur and marketing strategist with more than 20 years of experience in organising events, brand activations and partnerships.
Throughout my career I have worked in the media & entertainment industry as a Marketing & Retail Manager, where I was responsible for large-scale marketing campaigns, retail activations and events across Europe. After more than a decade in corporate, I decided to start my own business in 2015 and began working as an independent marketing and event professional.
Since then I have supported companies, entrepreneurs and organisations with event strategy, marketing, partnerships and event execution. From conferences and brand events to community events and corporate gatherings, I’ve seen firsthand how much organisation, structure and planning goes into creating a successful event.
And I also know how time-consuming it can be.
Over the years I developed my own systems, checklists and planning documents to organise events more efficiently. These tools helped me stay organised, save time and ensure that every event runs smoothly.
Done For You Portal was created to make these tools accessible to others.
Through this platform I share ready-to-use templates, planning documents and digital tools designed to help assistants, entrepreneurs, party planners, event professionals and teams organise events faster and with more confidence.
