Welcome to Done For You Portal, a digital platform offering editable invitation templates and party printables with resell rights.

By accessing or using our website and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

1. Use of Our Website

You agree to use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not use the website in any way that may damage, disable, overburden, or impair its functionality or interfere with any other user’s experience.

Unauthorized access to our systems, accounts, or data is strictly prohibited.

2. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to templates, designs, text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Done For You Portal or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of the design. You are granted a license as described below.

3. Digital Products

All products sold on this website are digital downloads. No physical items will be shipped.

After purchase, you will receive access to:

  • A Canva template link

  • Instructions on how to edit and use the product

4. License – Personal Use Only

All products are sold under a Personal Use License, in line with the license provided upon purchase.

4.1 Permitted Use

You may:

  • Edit, customize, and personalize the template using Canva

  • Use the design for your own personal event (e.g., birthday, wedding, baby shower, celebration)

  • Print or share the final design for your personal use

4.2 Prohibited Use

You may NOT:

  • Resell, redistribute, or share the template, Canva link, or files

  • Use the design for commercial purposes or client work

  • Create new products based on the design for sale (digital or physical)

  • Share or distribute the template “as is” or in editable format

  • Claim the design as your own intellectual property

4.3 Ownership

All designs remain the intellectual property of Done For You Portal.

Your purchase grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal use only, not ownership.

5. Canva Usage

Our products are designed to be used in Canva.

By using our templates, you also agree to Canva’s Terms of Use.
 We are not responsible for:

  • Canva platform availability

  • Changes in Canva features or pricing

  • Third-party elements used within Canva

6. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in EUR (unless stated otherwise) and include VAT where applicable.

By placing an order, you agree to pay all applicable fees.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time.

7. Delivery

All products are delivered digitally and are available immediately after purchase.

8. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

Due to the nature of digital products, the right of withdrawal does not apply once delivery has started.

By completing your purchase, you:

  • Explicitly consent to immediate delivery of digital content

  • Acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal

(This is compliant with EU Directive 2011/83/EU for digital content.)

9. Refund Policy

All sales are final.

Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

If you experience a technical issue, please contact us within 7 days and we will assist you.

10. Disclaimer

All products are provided “as is”.

We do not guarantee:

  • Specific results

  • Compatibility with all devices or printers

  • That Canva will always function without interruption

11. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Done For You Portal shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect or consequential damages

  • Loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities

  • Issues caused by third-party platforms (e.g., Canva)

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it is not legally permitted under Dutch law.
